Amazon's Seller Assistant Gets AI Boost for US Sellers
Amazon has enhanced its Seller Assistant with AI-powered features, offering US sellers active inventory monitoring, automated compliance navigation, and more. The new functionalities, including ad development and growth planning, will expand to international merchants in the coming months.
The upgraded Seller Assistant now actively monitors inventory levels, alerting sellers to issues requiring immediate attention. It also automates compliance navigation, ensuring sellers stay up-to-date with regulations. Additionally, the AI agent can develop ads, suggest new product categories, and create growth plans tailored to each seller's business.
Alfred Mai, CEO of ASM Games, has already benefited from the new features. He describes the Seller Assistant as his personal business consultant, providing instant answers and actions.
Amazon's new Seller Assistant functionalities will roll out initially in the USA, Canada, UK, France, and Germany, with a broader expansion planned across 26 countries by the end of 2026. These AI-powered features aim to help sellers manage their businesses more efficiently and effectively.
