Arcfox Slashes Prices Across EV Range, Boosting Affordability
Arcfox, a Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, has announced significant price cuts and limited-time offers across its model range. The company aims to boost sales and make its vehicles more affordable.
The most substantial reduction comes for the mid-size SUV, Arcfox αT5. Its starting price has been slashed by a hefty 23.11 percent, now beginning at RMB 119,800 ($16,440), down from RMB 155,800. This reduction of RMB 36,000 is part of a broader strategy by Arcfox to lower the gold price of its vehicles by 10 to 20 percent on various models between mid-2023 and early 2024.
The αT5 is available in five variants, with prices now ranging from RMB 119,800 to RMB 167,800. Meanwhile, the electric sedan Arcfox αS5 has also seen a price cut, with the entire range reduced by RMB 32,000. The αS5 comes in four versions, priced between RMB 127,800 and RMB 184,800.
In addition to these price cuts, Arcfox is offering a limited-time deal on the Kaola S. For a short period, customers can purchase the Kaola S for RMB 10,000, a significant discount from its usual starting prices of RMB 109,800 and RMB 119,800 for the two available versions.
Arcfox's price adjustments and limited-time offers are expected to attract more customers, making its electric vehicles more affordable. The company has shown a commitment to making electric mobility more affordable, with substantial price cuts across its model range.
