Beyerdynamic's commemorative headphones are now a permanent fixture in the company's primary product range, eliminating their limited edition status.

Beyerdynamic's anniversary headphones are now permanently included in the brand's primary product range, having dropped their limited edition label.

In a significant move, Beyerdynamic has announced that the DT 770 Pro X Limited Edition headphones will now be officially part of its product lineup, making them available to a wider audience.

The DT 770 Pro X headphones are over-ears and wired, renowned for their high-resolution sound reproduction suitable for both home and studio use. They continue to use the same dynamic Stellar.45 driver system as the DT 700 Pro X, ensuring consistent sound quality.

Initially released in 2024 as part of Beyerdynamic's 100-year anniversary celebrations, the DT 770 Pro X headphones come with velour earpads, a 3m Mini-XLR to 3.5mm jack cable, and a 3.5mm to 6.3mm adapter. However, the 'Limited Edition' logo on the side of the headphones will no longer be present in the DT 770 Pro X.

In response to professional and consumer needs, Beyerdynamic is making changes to the DT 770 Pro X. Notably, a detachable cable will be included, aiming to enhance convenience and durability compared to fixed cables. Additionally, the headphones feature a next-generation driver system and other innovations to improve sound quality and user experience.

The DT 770 Pro X retains the iconic closed-back design and is optimized for studio monitoring and recording, with improved ergonomics and updated components like upgraded ear pads for greater comfort during long sessions. These updates align with Beyerdynamic’s goal to meet increased demand while advancing the headphone’s performance and user convenience.

Despite the improvements, the pricing for the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro X remains at £169 / $200. For those seeking wireless options, consider the Beyerdynamic Aventho 300.

The DT 770 Pro X headphones, initially available in limited numbers, are now a permanent member of Beyerdynamic's wired headphones family. This move is expected to cater to the high demand for these high-quality headphones, ensuring that more users can enjoy their exceptional sound quality.
