The leasing partner for these bicycles is 'Lease a Bike', a subsidiary of Volkswagen Financial Services AG. This company, also known as Company Bike, cooperates with the city of Brunswick to offer bicycle leasing services to city employees.
The company bicycle leasing model offers employees an attractive option for shaping their individual mobility. All types and brands of bicycles are available for leasing, as long as they are offered by specialist retailers or online vendors. Whether you prefer high-quality bicycles, e-bikes, or cargo bikes, you can choose a bicycle of your choice for a period of three years.
The lease rate for the company bicycle leasing model is subsidized and tax-efficiently deducted from the gross salary as part of salary conversion. Moreover, an extensive insurance and maintenance package is included in the bicycle leasing program, allowing employees to enjoy worry-free cycling.
