Blockchain firm Bullet joins forces with Tangem for an enhancement of cryptocurrency accessibility
In a significant move to enhance security and accessibility in the blockchain economy, Bullet Blockchain and Tangem have announced a strategic partnership. This collaboration aims to combine Bullet Blockchain's extensive Bitcoin ATM network with Tangem's cutting-edge hardware wallets.
Bullet Blockchain, one of only three publicly traded Bitcoin ATM network operators worldwide, operates over 200 ATMs in the U.S. The company holds foundational patents for Bitcoin ATM technology. On the other hand, Tangem manufactures state-of-the-art hardware wallets featuring NFC technology that support more than 16,000 cryptocurrencies across 85+ blockchains, including major ones like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana.
This partnership will allow Bullet Blockchain to distribute Tangem Cards through its ATM network. This integration merges physical access points for crypto transactions with secure, tamper-proof hardware wallet storage.
Tangem’s wallets boast several advanced security features. They are equipped with a tamper-proof chip certified to the Common Criteria EAL6+ standard, ensuring best-in-class hardware security. The wallets also feature a seedless design, eliminating traditional recovery phrases, and offer a 25-year warranty and durability against extreme environmental conditions, providing long-term reliability.
By integrating Tangem’s hardware wallets with Bullet Blockchain’s ATM infrastructure, the partnership facilitates easier, safer buying, selling, and trading of cryptocurrencies directly through physical ATMs while protecting private keys offline from cyber threats. This approach enhances both accessibility—enabling users to manage a vast range of cryptocurrencies conveniently via numerous ATMs—and security, by employing military-grade hardware wallet technology within the broader crypto ecosystem.
The partnership also aims to offer Tangem users cryptocurrency trading and exclusive digital asset services. Tangem's flagship product line consists of advanced hardware wallets that utilize Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, including the Tangem Ring, a patented blockchain-enabled smart ring that serves as a wearable self-custody device. The Tangem Ring, introduced in early 2024, enables secure asset storage along with everyday transaction capabilities, positioning it in the rapidly growing billion-dollar wearables market.
The collaboration between Bullet Blockchain and Tangem aligns with the broader industry trend toward combining security, usability, and multi-platform accessibility. By bridging the gap between physical cryptocurrency access points, such as ATMs, and secure personal storage solutions like Tangem’s hardware offerings, the partnership seeks to establish a stronger foothold in the competitive digital asset landscape.
In summary, the partnership leverages Bullet Blockchain’s patented Bitcoin ATM technology and Tangem’s secure, user-friendly hardware wallets to provide a robust solution that expands crypto access and strengthens asset security across digital currency markets. This integration is expected to provide users with a seamless way to manage their digital assets, further building trust in digital asset ecosystems.
