Business enthusiasts roll out company-wide loyalty incentive program, offering perks such as athlete and VIP encounters
Fanatics Unveils Enterprise-Wide Loyalty Program, Fanatics ONE
Fanatics, the global digital sports platform, has launched its new enterprise-wide loyalty program called Fanatics ONE. The program aims to reward fans for their engagement across Fanatics' sports platform, including purchases, sports betting, and participation in games and contests.
How Fanatics ONE Works
All fans with existing Fanatics accounts are automatically enrolled at the entry-level tier called ONEmember. Members earn FanCash, a digital currency, and benefits like free shipping and access to exclusive product drops. Members can earn FanCash (5% back on purchases on the Fanatics App and up to 10% back on all bets placed in Fanatics Sportsbook, win or lose).
As members accumulate tier points based on FanCash earnings and activity frequency, they can move up through five levels: ONEmember, ONEmember Pro, ONEgold, ONEplatinum, and ONEblack. Higher tiers unlock increased FanCash earnings and progressively exclusive rewards.
Rewards and Benefits
Entry-level (ONEmember) benefits include FanCash back, free shipping & returns, early access to exclusive product collections, and participation in free-to-play games and sweepstakes which can lead to prizes such as trips to NFL games abroad.
As members progress to higher tiers, they unlock bespoke rewards, such as personalized athlete and celebrity memorabilia, VIP event access, invitations to major signature events like Fanatics Fest, the company’s multi-day fan experience featuring athlete meet-and-greets, limited-edition merchandise, live card breaks, and more.
Fanatics Fest is a highlight event within the program, offering immersive fan experiences, live entertainment, exclusive product drops, athlete appearances, and networking opportunities for top-tier members.
The Future of Fanatics ONE
Fanatics ONE is available for fans in the United States starting Tuesday and plans to expand globally. The program integrates shopping, betting, collectibles, and fan experiences into a single loyalty ecosystem, rewarding fans with FanCash and exclusive perks that grow richer with engagement and tier advancement.
Tucker Kain, Fanatics Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, stated that Fanatics ONE reflects the strength of the platform and was built to rightfully reward fans for their passion across all Fanatics experiences.
Matt Dennish, a former D1 track runner and current teacher in Pennsylvania, is currently in the lead at Fanatics Games and is close to winning a Ferrari.
The Fanatics App serves as a one-stop-shop for fans to engage and earn FanCash for Fanatics ONE. With more engagement, fans can look forward to private after-hours shopping experiences, exclusive collectibles, and concierge services.
Fans will have access to free shipping and returns, product drops, free-to-play games, contests, and sweepstakes, and chances for sports experiences like a trip to an upcoming NFL Game in London. Fanatics ONE is the company's first cross-business loyalty program, offering a unique selection of rewards and experiences including fan apparel, online sports betting, casino rewards, unforgettable events, and more.
