The 21st International Property Show (IPS 2025) is currently underway at the Dubai World Trade Centre, attracting over 300 exhibitors from 85 countries and expected to draw more than 25,000 visitors.

In this bustling event, the "IPS Women 2025" conference stands out as a significant highlight, underscoring Dubai's commitment to inclusive growth and innovation in the property sector. On the first day of IPS 2025, high-level panel discussions and the Institutional Investors Conference took place, featuring global experts discussing a resilient and future-ready real estate landscape.

The "IPS Women 2025" conference, scheduled for April 16, will focus on women's empowerment in the property sector, in collaboration with the Women's Council of Realtors. This platform for discussions and insights aims to contribute to the ongoing discussions on gender equality and women's empowerment in the property sector.

The Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, aligned with IPS 2025, highlights key focus areas aimed at strengthening Dubai’s position as a global capital for real estate.
