E+H Bolsters IP/IT & Competition Law Team with AI & Data Experts
E+H has bolstered its IP/IT and competition law practice group with the addition of Gernot Fritz and Tanja Pfleger, both joining from Freshfields law firm. They bring a wealth of industry-specific experience and a shared enthusiasm for their new roles.
Gernot Fritz, a 40-year-old lawyer and engineer, has joined E+H as a partner. With a background in artificial intelligence, data commercialization, and digital regulation, he will strengthen the firm's capabilities in these rapidly evolving areas. Fritz's industry experience spans technology, automotive, life sciences, and telecommunications, making him a valuable addition to the team.
Tanja Pfleger, also joining from Freshfields, brings extensive experience in data protection law, EU data and digital regulation, and IT and commercial law. As a permanent substitute lawyer in the IP/IT and competition law practice group, she will contribute significantly to the firm's client offerings.
