Experienced Client Liaison Manager (M/F/D) - DACH Region

Appinio, a global market research company based in Hamburg, is seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Senior Client Relations Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Head of Sales and contribute to the growth of the company.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing full client lifecycles, from pre-sales to closing. This role involves representing Appinio at trade fairs, providing customer support, cross-selling or upselling products, and assisting customers and travel agents with booking and related information. You will also work closely with various teams, including Customer Success, Inside Sales, and Marketing, to maximize growth opportunities.

In addition, you will represent Appinio to marketing and insights decision-makers, acquire new customers, and scope and qualify client requirements. You will act as the voice of your industry's customers, staying attuned to their pain points, competition, and growth prospects. Furthermore, you will create partnership opportunities within the industry to further strengthen Appinio's positioning as a research partner.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales in the Market Research industry. Excellent proficiency in German and English is necessary for the role. You should also be proficient in working with CRM tools, ideally Hubspot.

Apart from technical skills, the candidate should have an empathetic nature with a keen sense for understanding the needs of others. A strong ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and a detailed-oriented approach are essential for this position.
