Fifosys Expands Global Footprint with TMB Acquisition
Fifosys, a leading global managed IT services provider, has expanded its footprint with the acquisition of TMB (Technology Means Business). The deal, which closed recently, sees Fifosys welcome a team of experienced professionals from TMB, led by Managing Director Tina Verney and Technical Director Richard Shuker, who are both excited about the union.
TMB, founded over three decades ago, has a proven track record in delivering professional IT support and services to a diverse client base, numbering over 300. Its expertise in co-managed and cyber safety services is set to bolster Fifosys' existing offerings. This is Fifosys' third acquisition in five years and second outside of London, further cementing its position as a top 10 managed service provider in EMEA.
The acquisition was led by Mitesh Patel, founder and Managing Director at Fifosys, who expressed delight in welcoming TMB into the Fifosys family. The combined talent of both companies now totals over 100 staff, ensuring enhanced service capabilities and continuity for existing TMB clients.
Existing TMB clients can expect business as usual as the integration process begins. Ralph Schweens, who led TMB before its takeover, has stepped down, making way for Fifosys to steer the combined entity. With this acquisition, Fifosys continues its strategic growth trajectory, aiming to enhance its service offerings and solidify its position in the competitive IT industry.
