Fujifilm X100VI Stock Improving: US Retailers List In-Stock at MSRP

Fujifilm's X100VI, a popular compact camera, has faced stock issues and price hikes since its launch. Resellers on eBay and third-party Amazon sellers have been listing it for over $400 above the list price. However, recent developments show signs of improved availability.

In the US, B&H Photo currently has the X100VI in stock, both in black and silver, at the $1,799 list price. This is a welcome change from the long waitlists and stock shortages the camera has faced since its launch. The high demand for the X100VI has also affected the availability of other Fujifilm cameras, such as the X-M5 and X-E5, which are also facing stock issues.

In the UK, Wex Photo Video lists the black variant of the X100VI as in stock at the £1,599 list price, while the silver variant remains out-of-stock. This suggests that the availability of the camera may be improving, but it's still not widespread. The manufacturers, Fujifilm and Ricoh, are known for producing innovative compact cameras like the X100VI and the Ricoh GR IV in sufficient quantities.

While the Fujifilm X100VI has faced stock issues and price hikes due to its high demand, recent developments show signs of increased availability. Retailers in the US and UK are starting to list it as in stock at the list price. However, the availability of the silver variant in the UK is still limited. Fujifilm and Ricoh continue to produce high-quality compact cameras, meeting the demand for such products.
