Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for creating and building applications within the Salesforce platform using tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework. You will analyze business requirements, develop custom Salesforce applications including integrations and automation, and ensure system performance and security.
Collaboration is vital in this role. You will work closely with sales, customer support, and marketing teams to translate business needs into effective tools within Salesforce. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to determine which Salesforce products best meet the needs of the company and team.
Essential Qualifications
With a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce Developer experience, you should have current Salesforce certifications, such as App Builder, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II. You will also have experience in developing custom APEX and Visualforce components, designing APIs and integration, and working with source control and continuous integration.
In addition, you should have a strong understanding of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas. Familiarity with JavaScript front-end apps, including Lightning, Angular, React, and Ember, is essential. You should also be comfortable working with a Unix terminal and have experience developing JavaScript front-end apps.
Desirable Qualifications
