Gütersloh Residents Get Faster Service with 'Residence Digital'
Gütersloh residents now enjoy a streamlined service for residence-related apps. The city has launched 'Residence Digital', an online platform available in multiple languages, in line with the nationwide Efa principle ('One for All').
The new service, accessible via the city's citizen portal, enables applicants to submit their forms at any time and from anywhere. This convenience not only saves time for residents but also speeds up processing within the administration.
Residence Digital caters to a wide range of apps. These include residence permits, changes in residence conditions, and permits for asylum seekers and EU citizens. The foreigner's office remains available for inquiries on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and via email.
Gütersloh's 'Residence Digital' service, part of the Efa principle, aims to simplify residence-related processes. By offering multilingual support, it ensures fair participation for all residents, regardless of their language background.
