Prolight + Sound 2022 Embraces a Greener Future in Frankfurt

In the realm of studio production and digital live performance, innovations and expansions are expected. There will be a focus on wireless and battery-powered audio solutions, such as speakers operating on generic 18 V power tool batteries with hot-swap capability and wireless audio interfaces, enabling more flexible, mobile setups without reliance on mains power.
The Studio Village will include individually bookable rooms for product presentations in the Studio Lab. A new feature, the Sound Experience Hub, will allow audio brands to present their indoor sound reinforcement solutions under real conditions.
The event will also have a dedicated exhibition area for studio, DJ & recording solutions. Visitors can explore the latest developments in this area, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest technology.
