In Delhi, YesMadam broadens its commission-free platform, celebrating collaborative achievements at a ceremony.
YesMadam, the pioneering salon-at-home platform in India, gathered key figures and industry influencers for a recognition ceremony in Delhi on September 18, 2025. The event, held at the Holiday Inn, Mayur Vihar, was a celebration of YesMadam's efforts to transform the beauty service industry.
The ceremony was organised by YesMadam co-founder Aditya Arya, along with directors Garima Sharma and Yukti Arya. Vice President Dan Singh, Manoj, and other major team players played significant roles in planning the event.
YesMadam's focus remains on partner well-being and sustainable business models that serve service providers instead of drawing value from them. This approach was highlighted by the introduction of the zero commission model, first rolled out in April 2025, which is now being expanded to include more service partners.
Clients can book services on YesMadam at a rate of ₹6 per minute, making it an affordable and accessible option for many. The zero commission model starts at 20% and gradually decreases to 0% as partners move through successive grades, ensuring that service providers benefit directly from their hard work.
The event also underscored YesMadam's social impact, as over 6,000 women have achieved employment and empowerment on the platform. Notable attendees included live performer and creative writer Nidhi Narwal and influencer Vibhor Adnani, who joined the celebration to support YesMadam's mission.
Each guest of honour at the event participated with their family members, underscoring YesMadam's dedication to holistic support systems. The continued growth of YesMadam's zero commission model underscores the company's leadership in developing fairer gig economy platforms.
The Delhi recognition ceremony marked a significant milestone in YesMadam's journey to revolutionise how gig platforms pay their service providers. It underscored YesMadam's enduring commitment to transforming beauty service platforms and setting new industry standards.
