Modernizing State Services: Biometric Identification in Kazakhstan's Special Service Centers

Arman Kenjeghaliyev, chair of the State Corporation, puts it best: "We've axed the human factor—a tool for potential abuse—and moved towards a more transparent and corruption-free system for state services."

We also shared news about state duty hikes for document registration, including for vehicle owners, starting in 2025.
And let's not forget about the price increase for "VIP numbers," an official purchase you can make in special service centers across the country.
