Food Village, a leading provider of school meals, unveils a significant expansion with the launch of a state-of-the-art food service facility in Longford. This development marks the creation of 200 new jobs in the area, as part of the company's investment exceeding €3 million into its Longford operations.
The investment also encompasses a €1 million commitment to technological advancements and a dedicated software team, totaling over €4 million in combined investment. The facility, set to serve as a national distribution hub for Food Village, will focus on supplying hot meals for secondary schools across the country.
