Lampton Welding Supply Launches Growth Initiative, Lampton 2.0
Lampton Welding Supply, a Kansas-based, family-owned business established over three generations, has embarked on a strategic growth initiative, Lampton 2.0, since 2022. This move, led by newly appointed Chief Revenue Officer Robert Mohr Gerry, aims to expand the company's services and reach.
Previously, Lampton Welding Supply was primarily focused on delivering hard goods, with average capabilities in gas and specialty services. The new strategy, Lampton 2.0, seeks to enhance these offerings and broaden the company's scope. This initiative was launched in 2022, the same year MetalWorks Industries acquired the company to oversee this transformation. Robert Mohr Gerry joined the team in the same year, taking on the role of Chief Revenue Officer, a key position in driving this growth.
With the appointment of Robert Mohr Gerry and the acquisition by MetalWorks Industries, Lampton Welding Supply's strategic growth initiative, Lampton 2.0, is well underway. The company aims to diversify its services and expand its reach, moving beyond its traditional focus on hard goods.
