Oben Electric, a leading player in the Indian electric two-wheeler market, is set to expand its offline presence significantly. By the end of the financial year 2025-26, the company aims to establish over 150 showrooms across more than 50 cities nationwide [1][2][3].

In 2025, Oben Electric raised a total of ₹100 crore, part of ₹200 crore total funding to date [1][3]. The fresh capital infusion is earmarked to scale retail outreach, boost production capacity at their Bengaluru manufacturing facility, and launch their new affordable O100 electric motorcycle platform priced under ₹1 lakh [1][3][4].
Each of these showrooms will feature dedicated service centres, offering comprehensive support to customers. The expansion aims to more than quadruple Oben Electric's current retail footprint of 37 outlets in 13 states [1][2].
The expansion strategy aligns with Oben Electric's mission to make electric two-wheelers more accessible to a wider Indian audience. One of the key offerings in this mission is the new Rorr EZ, purpose-built for urban riding [1]. The Rorr EZ is available in six exciting colours: Electro Amber, Surge Cyan, Lumina Green, Photon White, and the standard matte black [1].
The Rorr EZ is available in two variants: a 3.4 kWh version priced at ₹1,19,999 and a 4.4 kWh version at ₹1,29,999. These prices include an introductory offer of ₹20,000 off the original price [1]. The Rorr EZ produces 52 Nm of torque and runs on Oben's proprietary ARX platform and in-house developed LFP battery technology, offering twice the battery life and 50 per cent higher heat resistance [1].
The Rorr EZ is equipped with additional features such as Geo-Fencing, Theft Protection, Unified Brake Assist (UBA), and Drive Assist System (DAS) [1]. The scooter offers a top speed of 95 kmph and can accelerate from 0 to 40 kmph in just 3.3 seconds [1].

Moreover, the Rorr EZ comes with an eight-year or 80,000 kilometres warranty, fully transferable to new owners [1]. Oben Electric also offers a Protect 8/80 battery warranty plan for the Rorr EZ, priced at ₹9,999 [1].
