Microsoft Partners with WalkMe to Enhance Dynamics 365 Adoption

Microsoft has announced a new partnership with WalkMe, a digital adoption platform, to help enterprise organisations realise the full potential of Dynamics 365 within their technology stack.

According to Dan Adika, CEO and Co-Founder of WalkMe, this partnership will make it easier for sales teams to increase productivity and efficiency with Dynamics 365. The integration of WalkMe's solution into Microsoft Dynamics 365 is significant for leading organisations worldwide, as it secures a smooth digital transformation for the organisation.

The partnership allows for easy deployment of WalkMe's Digital Adoption Platform on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 without an extension. This means that employees across the sales ecosystem can benefit from accelerated onboarding and adoption, thanks to WalkMe's solution.

ServiceNow has already adopted WalkMe's Digital Adoption Platform to fully embrace digital at scale. Mica Mayo, VP Business Operations at ServiceNow, stated that WalkMe's integration helps keep pace with ServiceNow's exponential growth. WalkMe's solution adds to existing instructor-led and on-demand video training at ServiceNow, providing a comprehensive approach to digital adoption.

The partnership is expected to have a positive impact on the productivity and efficiency of sales teams using Dynamics 365. Adika also mentioned that the partnership will help enterprises to empower their employees to effectively utilise their daily Microsoft 365 stack.

Steven Guggenheimer, Corporate Vice President - AI and ISV Engagement of Microsoft, announced WalkMe's joining of the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem. The company TUI Group has also formed a strategic partnership with WalkMe, focusing on optimising TUI's HR processes through WalkMe's digital adoption solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.

The partnership is significant in the context of a global shift towards remote work, as stated by Dan Adika. It is aimed at helping enterprise organisations to cope with the new business reality of a remote workforce.
