Revamped Pure Storage Channel Partner Program Amps Up Partner Empowerment and Growth
Storage solutions provider, Pure Storage, has given its channel partner program a significant overhaul, aiming to amplify partner profitability, automation, and solution-centric offerings. This move is intended to better empower partners and fuel their business growth in the as-a-service era.
Key modifications to the revised program include a simplified product pricing model that allows for programmatic discounts based on partnership type, tier, and deal registrations. Partners are now equipped with the autonomy to generate quotes without relying on extensive administrative work.
Automation has been prioritized with updates to the quote configuration process, SalesForce reporting, and the onboarding tools, which streamline deal registrations and simplify auditing and reporting. Pure Storage has also introduced a Partner Intelligence dashboard, offering real-time analytics and actionable insights to help partners make more informed decisions and stay ahead of market trends.
"With this next evolution, we aim to empower our partners to drive morevalue and impact in the as-a-service economy as they meet the dynamic global technology needs of today," Wendy Strusrud, VP of Global Partner Sales at Pure Storage, commented.
Recent success in the market has seen Pure Storage's full-year revenue grow 3% year-over-year to $2.8 billion. The company attributes much of this growth to a rise in demand for storage subscription services and organizations striving to reduce data center power consumption while accelerating sustainability efforts. During Q4 2024, Pure's subscription services revenue saw a 24% year-over-year increase, reaching $328.9 million, accounting for half of the firm's revenue, as partner subscriptions have become increasingly significant.
