RecyclingAKTIV/TiefbauLIVE: Innovative Machinery Boosts Recycling Efficiency

The RecyclingAKTIV/TiefbauLIVE trade fair showcased innovative recycling machinery. Kölsch exhibited the Telestack stockpile conveyor TC420X, while other notable equipment included the Portafill MR-5X screen, Rubble Master's RM100X crusher, and the Arjes-Compactor 300.

The Portafill MR-5X impressed with its two screening decks, capable of outputting up to three material fractions. Meanwhile, Rubble Master's RM100X crusher boasted advanced feeder automation and improved impact elements, enabling a throughput of up to 250 t/h. For stockpiling, the Metberg TC30 conveyor was designed for cramped sites, with a discharge height of 4150 mm. Powerscreen's Warrior 1400X heavy-duty screening plant aimed for market leadership with its maximum throughput of 500 t/h.

The Arjes-Compactor 300, a 14.5-ton compact crusher, handled various materials at up to 400 t/h and a discharge height of 9,100 mm. The Screenpod Airvac 82 1600 Dual, a lightweight separator, used two fans to remove remaining lightweight materials. For smaller applications, the Zemmler MS16 Pro double drum screening machine offered a throughput of 5 to 30 t/h.

At the trade fair, a linked recycling team was displayed. This team consisted of a mobile crusher, conveyor belt, heavy-duty screen, and lightweight separator, all working together to process materials efficiently.

The RecyclingAKTIV/TiefbauLIVE trade fair highlighted the latest recycling machinery. From the Portafill MR-5X screen to the Arjes-Compactor 300, these innovations aim to improve recycling material efficiency and meet industry standards like the waste building materials ordinance.
