The Road User Charging Conference Asia Pacific 2024 is set to take place in Singapore on October 02-03. The event will bring together experts to discuss developments, challenges, and innovations in user-financed transportation and infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region. Key topics include toll road expansion, GNSS-based tolling, and sustainability.

Philip Maluping from the Department of Public Works and Highways in Manila will present on the Philippines' toll road expansion. Meanwhile, Amit Ranjan Chitranshi from IHMCL will delve into India's transition to GNSS-based tolling and the FASTag system. Sustainability and toll road development will be explored by Sheyda Karimova from Azerbaijan's Ministry of Digital Development and Transport. The conference will also address public perception and challenges in implementing road user charging in Victoria, Australia, led by Tariq Munir.

Dr Vu Minh Khuong will present on the transformative impact of electronic toll collection (ETC) systems in Vietnam. Additionally, Allan Fels will discuss the independent review of Sydney's toll system and the establishment of a new government tolling company. The conference will focus on mileage-based fee (MLFF) tolling and feature an all-new speaker line-up.
