Sokoman Welcomes Wanda Cutler to Board as Strategic Alliances Grow

Sokoman Minerals Corp. (TSXV: SIC, OTC: SICNF) has welcomed Wanda Cutler to its Board of Directors. Cutler brings over 25 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, and corporate governance within the resource sector.

Cutler's extensive resume includes roles as Founder and President of Cutler McCarthy Inc., and leadership positions at Chablis Capital Corp., Route 109 Resources, and Amex Exploration. She has also served on the boards of several companies, including Quebec Precious Metals.

Sokoman's Executive Chairman & CEO, Denis Laviolette, praised Cutler's appointment, highlighting her deep expertise and extensive network in the resource sector. Cutler herself expressed excitement about joining Sokoman at a pivotal moment for the company.

Sokoman, a discovery-oriented company focused on gold projects in Newfoundland and Labrador, has recently entered a strategic alliance with Benton Resources Inc. through three large-scale joint-venture properties. Additionally, the Golden Hope project was spun out as Vinland Lithium Inc., with Sokoman retaining a significant stake.

In addition to Cutler's appointment, Sokoman has granted 6,000,000 stock options to directors and consultants, vesting immediately and exercisable at $0.14 per common share for a period of five years. With Cutler's expertise and the strategic alliances in place, Sokoman looks poised to unlock the full potential of its assets in the emerging gold district of Newfoundland and Labrador.
