Tesla Adjusts Canadian Supercharger Network: Removals and Additions

Tesla has been actively adjusting its Supercharger network in Canada. Recent updates show the removal of potential sites in several locations across British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta. Meanwhile, new potential sites have been added in various provinces.

In British Columbia, Tesla has removed potential Supercharger sites in Nanoose Bay, Parksville, Nanaimo, Comox, Richmond, and Westbank. However, the company has added new potential locations in Prince Rupert, Smithers, Burns Lake, and Alma. Additionally, a potential site in Terrace was added last month. In Ontario, Tesla has removed potential sites in Ajax, Belleville, Beamsville, Madoc, Kingston, and Ottawa, but has added new potential locations in Parry Sound, London, Waterloo, and Newmarket. In Quebec, potential sites in Chambly, Drummondville, Brossard, Terrebonne, and Saint-Germain-de-Grantham have been removed, while a new potential site has been added in Alma. In Alberta, Tesla has removed the 'in development' Supercharger site in Red Deer County, but has added new potential locations in Fort McMurray and St. John's, Newfoundland.

Tesla's Supercharger network expansion and adjustments aim to better serve its customers and support the growing demand for electric vehicles. The company regularly reviews and updates its plans based on various factors, including customer feedback, charging demand, and infrastructure development.

Tesla's recent Supercharger network updates in Canada reflect the company's ongoing efforts to optimize its charging infrastructure. While some potential sites have been removed, new locations have been added to improve charging accessibility for Tesla owners. As the demand for electric vehicles continues to grow, Tesla's Supercharger network is expected to evolve and expand accordingly.
