Touchstone Bolsters PE M&A Team with Dishi Bhomawat
Touchstone Partners has enhanced its Private Equity M&A practice with the hiring of Dishi Bhomawat as Counsel in its Mumbai office. Bhomawat, a London-trained lawyer, brings a wealth of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions.
Bhomawat's extensive career includes stints at Herbert Smith Freehills and Luthra & Luthra Law Offices. She has recently advised on landmark investments in the energy and infrastructure sector in India, demonstrating her expertise in high-value deals across renewables, natural resources, and defence. Her experience spans various regions, including the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Prior to joining Touchstone Partners in August 2023, Bhomawat was associated with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in Mumbai. Her appointment is expected to bolster Touchstone's capabilities in the Private Equity M&A space.
