Tracksmith Unveils Initial Super Shoe, Evading the Limelight
The running world has seen a significant shift in performance over the past few years, with more world record-breaking performances than ever before. In this dynamic landscape, Tracksmith, a respected boutique running brand based in New England, has entered the footwear sphere with the debut of the Eliot Racer.
The Eliot Racer is a super shoe designed specifically for long-distance running, blending vintage aesthetics with modern running technology. This unique blend is evident in its key features:
A Breathable Mesh Upper
The Eliot Racer's upper is made of engineered woven mesh, providing breathability and a classic look. It is lined with microsuede for added comfort, and the standard laces have a silicone skin to prevent them from coming undone during a race.
Innovative Midsole Construction
The shoe's midsole is its most impressive feature. It boasts a removable high-rebound foam insole, a full-length carbon fiber plate, and a lightweight Pebax foam chassis.
