Ubroker Expands Presence, Constructs Third Building in Collegno and Unveils Complete Digital Operating Strategy
Ubroker, an Italian IT company, has been making waves in the industry with its recent developments and growth. Based in an industrial area, Ubroker has expanded its headquarters and is now home to a dedicated area for managing customer assistance activities.
The company, led by CEO and CFO Angelo Sidoti, has shown resilience and adaptability in a competitive market, as demonstrated by its latest financial statements. Ubroker reported a revenue of 135 million euros, a 61% increase from 2023, and a net profit of over 5.5 million euros. The company's consolidated Ebitda stands at 21.4 million euros.
Ubroker's focus on energy-saving themes and a digital business model has been instrumental in its success. The company has invested 5 million euros in external IT infrastructure and spends around 600,000 euros per year on maintaining internally developed infrastructure. This focus on energy efficiency has also led Ubroker to launch the sale of 100% green electricity through Reset, a digital company, in June.
In addition to its energy-related endeavours, Ubroker has also ventured into the small and medium-sized business (SME) market. The company plans to launch products dedicated to this sector through UniPower in the first months of 2026. Ubroker's aim is to foster the development of new energy-related business models, much like how Italy's digitalization of the network has enabled new players in the sector.
Ubroker's commitment to customer service is evident in its unique membership and discount system. Based on word-of-mouth, this system aims to build customer loyalty. Notably, customers can accumulate points in the system, which can then be deducted from their bill.
One of Ubroker's most significant projects is the large area regeneration in Collegno, part of an Industrial District development. This project includes three plants, one of which was recently inaugurated. The company's work on this project underscores its commitment to sustainable growth and development.
Ubroker's performance over the past year, coupled with its ongoing projects and plans, positions the company as a key player in Italy's IT industry. As Ubroker continues to grow and expand, it is set to make a significant impact in the energy and SME sectors.
