Unicommerce, one of India's most sought-after SaaS platforms, has partnered with Yellow Messenger to provide an enhanced online shopping experience on social media. This collaboration aims to help retail brands manage their operations more efficiently, particularly in the FMCG and CPG markets.

Kapil Makhija, CEO of Unicommerce, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating that Yellow Messenger is one of the finest conversation AI platforms in the industry. Raghu Ravinutala, CEO and Co-founder of Yellow Messenger, reciprocated the sentiment, stating that Yellow Messenger's AI-powered WhatsApp chatbots can deliver an end-to-end Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) solution for Unicommerce's clients.

The partnership will enable consumers to place orders directly through WhatsApp chatbots, a feature designed to save time. The chatbot orchestrates with multiple backend integrations and responds to product-related queries on both desktop and mobile platforms.

Unicommerce's centralized platform will allow brands and retailers to check inventory levels, orders, shipping status, sales, and every other aspect on a single platform. This dashboard will streamline operations, enabling companies to deliver products efficiently.

The partnership also aims to help retailers develop a direct relationship with consumers. The chatbot can predict customer preferences and enable absolute tracking for both brands and consumers. This feature will provide retailers with valuable insights into consumer behaviour, helping them tailor their offerings to meet customer needs more effectively.

The collaboration is not limited to Unicommerce and Yellow Messenger. Deloitte, GreyOrange, and Walmart are also involved in the partnership, working together to develop an efficient solution for retail operations management.

Unicommerce, processing over 20% of India's e-commerce volumes (2 Million orders a day), works with all the leading e-commerce players and retailers of the country. Yellow Messenger's WhatsApp chatbots are used by over 200 global enterprises for consumer engagement.

The partnership between Unicommerce and Yellow Messenger will undoubtedly revolutionise the way retail brands operate on social media, providing a seamless shopping experience for consumers and streamlined operations for retailers.
