Announcing the Upcoming Release of the Asus ROG Xbox Ally and Xbox Ally X
Get ready, gamers! The much-anticipated Asus ROG Xbox Ally and Xbox Ally X PC gaming handhelds are scheduled for release on October 16, 2025. These powerful devices are set to revolutionize portable gaming, offering an immersive experience for PC enthusiasts on the go.
Both the Xbox Ally and Xbox Ally X will boast AMD's latest handheld processors, with the Xbox Ally featuring the AMD Ryzen Z2 A processor and the Xbox Ally X sporting the AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme processor. These processors promise smooth gameplay and quick load times, ensuring you'll never miss a beat in your favourite games.
The devices will feature 7-inch, 1080p, IPS displays with 120 Hz refresh rates, FreeSync Premium, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus for crystal-clear visuals and a durable design. To enhance the gaming experience, both handhelds will come with controller-style grips for improved ergonomics.

As for the prices, leaks and retailer listings suggest the Xbox Ally will be around $550-$600, and the Xbox Ally X near $900.
