Updated Information on Hubstaff: Changes in Pricing Structures, New Plans, and Product Enhancements

Hubstaff, a leading workforce management solution, has unveiled a series of new features and plan changes designed to enhance productivity and streamline operations for businesses of all sizes.

Enhanced Location Tracking and Project Management

Hubstaff's new features focus on robust location tracking, automated time tracking based on site entry and exit, and an improved Kanban-style project tasks system with automation. The system provides a live map view with historical location data for teams and job sites, making it easier for managers to oversee their workforce.

Hubstaff's project management capabilities are integrated through a separate tool, Hubstaff Tasks, which offers Kanban, List, and Timeline views, task assignment, workflow automation, project importing, and budget management.

Tiered Pricing Plans

Hubstaff offers a tiered subscription model with four key plans: Free, Starter, Grow, Team, and Enterprise. The Free plan caters to solo users, offering basic time and activity tracking. The Enterprise plan is designed for large organizations, providing advanced controls, public API limits, ACH payments, HIPAA and SOC-2 Type II compliance, single sign-on, corporate app, assigned rep, and 2-hour email support.

The Team plan, which most customers will be transitioning to, includes all of the existing features on the current Premium and Pro plans, plus additional features like Hubstaff Insights, Hubstaff Tasks, no feature limits, and top-tier support.

Global Payroll Integration

To better manage global payroll and compliance, Hubstaff has introduced an integration with Deel. This partnership enables streamlined workflows where time tracking, timesheet approvals, and payroll processing happen seamlessly across one platform, enhancing efficiency and accuracy for companies with globally distributed teams.

These updates position Hubstaff as a comprehensive platform for both on-site and global workforce management, balancing productivity tracking with compliance needs.

Customers will be transitioned to their respective plans throughout the year, with each customer receiving a 30-day notice before they are automatically moved to their new plan. An email will be sent to all customers 21 days prior to the transition of their plans, and customers will receive several in-app messages with the exact date and details of their transition.

Hubstaff has revamped the user experience for shifts, time off, and holidays in the new calendar, which now includes a new monthly calendar view and the ability to subscribe to calendar events. The mobile app has also been redesigned, allowing users to track time, create projects and tasks, and view reports on the go.

With the new plan offerings, all Hubstaff users will have access to more features than ever, making it an ideal solution for businesses looking to streamline their workforce management processes.
