Utilities can be paid directly at the DEC's personal office
In the Siberian city of Yakutsk, residents now have a convenient and efficient way to manage their utility bills thanks to the DEK Personal Cabinet and the DEK mobile app.
This digital platform, offered by energy company DEK (Yakutskenergosbyt), allows users to pay for electricity, water, heating, and other utility services online.
To get started, residents can access the DEK Personal Cabinet either through the online portal or by downloading the DEK mobile app from their smartphone's app store.
Registration is a straightforward process that takes just a few minutes. New users need to provide personal details such as their address and account information related to their utility services. Returning users simply log in with their credentials.
Once logged in, users can view their current and past utility service invoices. The system supports multiple payment methods, including online bank cards, mobile payment systems, and electronic wallets. Users select their preferred payment method and enter the payment amount if needed.
After successful payment, users receive confirmation and can download or print receipts for their records. This system allows residents to avoid physical visits to payment centers, streamline their utility payments, and track consumption and bills conveniently.
Over 110 organizations are already listed in the DEK Personal Cabinet with whom official contracts have been signed. If a utility company is not listed, it means that the organization managing the house has not yet signed a contract with DEK for accepting payments.
This system is part of broader digital infrastructure improvements in Russian public utilities aimed at convenience and transparency for consumers. Although detailed step-by-step instructions or direct links to the app are not always readily available, this is the typical mode of online utility payment in Russian regions like Yakutsk, aligning with national efforts referenced in regional infrastructure modernization programs.
If you are a resident of Yakutsk, you can start by visiting the official DEK website or downloading the DEK app from your device's app store, then follow the registration and payment instructions provided therein. It's important to note that if you register on the website, you can also use the same password for the mobile app. The mobile app "DEK Yakutskenergosbyt" is free and available for smartphone users.
