Zelenoluzhskaya Metro Line Progresses: 'Alesea' Tunnel-Boring Machine Advances, One Station Cancelled
Construction of the Zelenoluzhskaya metro line is in full swing. Monolithic structures are being laid at the 'Park Druzhby Narodov' station, and the tunnel-boring machine 'Alesea' has already laid 408 meters towards the square of Bangalore. Meanwhile, traffic will be switched to a bypass at the intersection of Bogdanovich and Khoruzhey streets on October 11.
The progress is notable at the 'Komarovskaya' station, where communications are being relocated and bypass roads are being arranged. The pipeline construction work on the line is being handled by Transstroymontazh. Remarkably, the tunnel-boring machine 'Alesea' is working steadily, enabling simultaneous equipment of three future stations: 'Park Druzhby Narodov', 'Komarovskaya', and 'Pereyspa'.
In a significant development, the metro construction plan has been adjusted, leading to the cancellation of one station, 'Profsoyuznaya'.
